- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto del 20 de septiembre de 2016, dictado por el Magistrado Sustanciador Alejandro Linares Cantillo, por medio del cual rechazo la demanda, identificada con el numero de radicacion D-11606.
- Segundo. NOTIFICAR esta decision al demandante, por medio de la Secretaria de esta Corporacion, la que debera realizarse directamente en la Carcel de Chaparral (Tolima), haciendole saber que contra ella no procede recurso y advirtiendole que esta decision no impide que pueda, si lo desea, con posterioridad, presentar de nuevo la demanda, tomando en consideracion lo explicado por esta Corporacion.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar el contenido del expediente D-11606 para que realice las actuaciones que considere pertinentes.
